This covers the application forms on recruiting.meetthedependables.com and sales.meetthedependables.com, and payments made through portal.meetthedependables.com/pay.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, email, links you share, and your answers to the questions. We also record the date and the page you applied from.

Why

To review your application, contact you about it, and, if it goes ahead, set up the work. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Answers go into a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and we get an email alert for each new application. Google stores that data under its own security terms. The form passes through Cloudflare, which hosts these sites.

How long

We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can come back to you if a better-fitting role opens, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what you sent at any time. Reply to any email we've sent you, or book a call, and we'll handle it.

Payments

When you buy from us, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, billing details and payment status so we can deliver what you bought and keep our accounts. See also our terms and refund policy.

Anonymous usage

Anonymous usage events (pages viewed, buttons clicked) are recorded without cookies or personal data.
