Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy anything from dependables: our services (creator programs, CRM, static creative ads, landing pages), desk subscriptions, offer store top-ups and courses. dependables is a trade name of Altezza2 Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By paying or signing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We provide the service or subscription described on the page or order you bought from, at the price shown there. If you also sign a written agreement or order form with us, that document governs where it differs from these terms.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, every month (or every week where the price says "/week"), starting on the day you sign up, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Work we invoice separately is due within 15 days of the invoice date (Net 15).
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. We may pause work until the account is paid.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. For services, please give us 30 days' notice in writing (email is fine). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. Our refund and cancellation policy explains refunds.

Your content and our work

You keep ownership of the materials you give us. Once you've paid for a deliverable, you can use it for your business.

Fair use

Don't use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend service if you do.

Liability

We do careful work but can't guarantee specific results such as views, revenue or conversion rates. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects an active subscription, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
